Previously, at TCS (client: Apple), he improved LLM reliability and user experience through cutting-edge NLP, prompt engineering, and model evaluation frameworks. His background includes impactful forecasting and OCR solutions for clients like P&G and hands-on cloud experience across Azure and AWS ecosystems.
Nikhil holds a Master’s in Data Science from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor’s in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from JNTU Hyderabad. He is a recipient of the TCS Service & Commitment Award and holds multiple industry certifications.
