Nikki Henry is a leader in her community recognized for her effective leadership and supportive managerial style. Nikki has helped teams and programs grow from just a few staff to over 55 full-time staff, budgets from a couple hundred thousand to the multi-millions and has always brought her teams to success oftentimes at double the rate of the industry standard. Her background has been focused in higher education, workforce development, and economic development working with nonprofits, government agencies, elected officials, and private businesses. She credits her successes to being an open and accessible leader, who works intentionally to have the right people in the right roles on her teams.

Nikki received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Central Washington University and her Master’s in Public Administration from California State University, Fresno. Nikki is committed to her community and currently serves as a Commissioner for the Fresno Housing Authority, a Founding Committee Member for Dress for Success Fresno, a Board Director of the Fresno County Child Care and Development Local Planning Council, and a member of Fresno’s Leading Young Professionals. Nikki owns her own business, Ladies Leading Ladies, providing leadership development and management consulting for businesses across the country.
