Clients include major brands in hospitality, finance, and logistics.

Before starting PolyAI, Nikola was the first engineer at VocalIQ, a dialogue systems startup acquired by Apple. He did my Ph.D. at Cambridge, working with Professor Steve Young. Before that, he did the Cambridge Computer Science Tripos, including a Master's thesis on Bayesian machine learning with Professor Zoubin Ghahramani.
