Nikolay Angelov is a blockchain developer, public speaker and blogger. As a self-taught coder and enthusiast for all newly brewing tech, Nikolay, nicknamed Niki, began programming in 2007 when he wrote his first mIRC script, and has since mastered multiple programming technologies.

Recently, Niki participated in creating blockchain solutions for big companies and has multiple mainnet projects running. At present, he is an integral part of the development team at Nexo – a leading digital finance institution. Niki has lectured and led workshops at various blockchain conferences, reaching thousands of attendees each year, in addition to teaching blockchain courses in Singapore and the Philippines.

What gets him up and coding auspiciously early in the morning is the promise of at least three cups of coffee and the hope that he may have solved some glitch in his code in his sleep. In the future, Niki hopes to introduce his own innovations to blockchain.
