I'm a Software Engineer with over 5 years of experience, based in Nairobi. Most of my work these days lives at the intersection of AI and real products — integrating large language models, designing agentic workflows, and wiring sophisticated LangChain backends to clean, responsive frontends. I work end to end, from first commit to cloud, and I'm comfortable owning the whole thing.
But the part I actually care about is the thinking behind the build. AI has made writing code faster than ever — which means the hard question isn't can we build it, but should we, and is it any good for the people who'll use it.
