In his current role, Niraj Singh is responsible for the design and implementation of the Digital Heroes Program and Community Network. This program drives internal application and solution adoption at SAP, while establishing a new community culture fostering innovation and people engagement.

In addition, Niraj drives several strategic initiatives within SAP, such as:
• NextLevel IT Hackathons and the CreativeIT Initiative, which promotes creating an innovative and “intrapreneurial” mindset with internal and external stakeholders
