Nirup Baer is a seasoned Technical Program Manager with over 24 years of global experience leading large-scale technology initiatives across the financial services, government, defense, and telecom sectors. He has successfully delivered high-impact programs for renowned organizations including Wells Fargo, London Stock Exchange, and MassMutual. Nirup specializes in cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, and enterprise-scale data migration, with deep expertise in building secure, compliant data pipelines on Google Cloud and implementing scalable infrastructure using PowerFlex VMs and OpenShift. Currently, at Wells Fargo, he is leading critical Data Center Exit and Migration efforts that enable secure and scalable access to enterprise-wide data, while minimizing business disruption and ensuring compliance.
