The Art of Implementing Unsafe AI (So You Never Actually Do)

This one is personal for us!

In the work we both do as freelancers, we’ve seen teams feed sensitive data into tools they barely understand, we’ve seen outputs treated as fact when a closer look reveals distortion and errors. We’ve also seen the excitement with teams buzzing from mob prompting and quick prototype generation to gain feedback on customer experience.

AI is entering organisations faster than we can keep pace with and the nervousness around how to to implement is showing up in many ways.

Leaders don’t want to be left behind, yet they’re unsure how to put the right guardrails in place.

This is why, in our workshop, we will invert the question. Instead of asking the obvious question “How do we make AI safe?”, we shall ask, “If we wanted to make it unsafe, what would we do?” TRIZ, the Liberating Structure we will use, will help us to name our worst instincts that we can together design the safeguards that prevent them.

Shake Up Your Thinking: Unleashing Innovation Using Liberating Structures

If you're bored with the same old meetings, status reports or presentations in your day-to-day life, our workshop will teach new ways to release the creativity that’s just under the surface in yourself and your organisation.

Using the Liberating Structure "Kolmikko Consulting", participants will join together in groups of 3 to unearth new solutions to challenges they encounter in daily work (or even their home lives!). This exercise will help them to foster psychological safety within their teams, while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

With "25/10 Crowd-Sourcing", the participants will co-create, with a future facing perspective, new ideas for how agile can be re-branded to meet market demands, ensuring that the principles at the core of agile can be applied in a very practical way so that teams and organisations can enjoy value-driven outcomes.

In alignment with the Leadership and Organisational Agility track, participants will leave with fresh ideas on how to communicate the benefits of agile in practical business terms so teams and leaders can start to appreciate in real terms how they can achieve tangible results for their organisations.
