At MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Nithya leads technical design and development for platforms that support the organization’s pharmacy benefit management ecosystem. She has architected major components of the NGCS Smart IQ and CLCS platforms, redesigned MedImpact’s Prior Authorization Appeal system using Spring Boot microservices, authored secure RESTful APIs, and contributed to enterprise-wide modernization initiatives. Her contributions included the development of inventory, sales, finance, and compliance modules, mobile-first field tools, AWS-based cloud deployment architectures, and real-time business operations platforms. Nithya began her career at IBM, where she supported critical ETL processes and database performance optimization for VISA’s global payment systems.
