Synopsis

My name is Nitin Moghe, with life experience of 56 years running. Education journey includes Ph.D.(Physics) and Management studies. Educational journey was rewarding with a gold medal in management studies (All India Topper) and > 10 research presentation in journals of repute.

Research and Development journey started with Philips India in 1996 and lasted till 2005 with GE R&D Center. Four patents , >10 application research papers, first commercial product from India and not to mention strong Six Sigma learnings (GE genes) show for my efforts in this field

Business consultant roles in reputed organizations and entrepreneur stint for next 12 years allowed 3600 view of business practice across multiple verticals ranging from IT/ITES, Manufacturing, Construction, Education, Pharma and BFSI segment.

Love for learning resulted in certifications that include SAFe 6.0 Program consultant, PMP, PMI-AC, PSM (Scrum master), PAL (Professional Agile leader), Six sigma, ITIL foundation and Kanban Coach

Professional at heart but believer in the power of bringing smiles to people faces to build bonds that drive organization. Primary focus is on working with the leaders to co-create a continual evolving Lean and Scaled Agile culture that involves coaching around principles, practices, values and most importantly behavior.

Strong believer in MAP culture (Motivation/Autonomy/Purpose) to create high performance team. Specialization lies in understanding the ground reality via assessments and then to build adoption roadmap based on ground reality along with the teams for inclusiveness. Currently trying to advocate the importance of 4I (Intent, Involvement, Inclusivity and Improvement) for taking the Organizations to the next level of maturity.
