I'm Natalie Label, a product designer with 8+ years of experience bringing innovative ideas to life. Design is my passion, and I love using my expertise to create beautiful and functional products that positively impact users' needs. Over the years, I've worked with various tech companies and startups, leading big-impact projects that have challenged me creatively and professionally. I enjoy solving complex problems, exploring, researching, and diving into data to understand the "why" before the "how."

Currently, I'm working as a Sr. Product Designer at Outbrain, where I've been leading the Design System for the last two years. I'm grateful to work with an amazing team, and I take pride in knowing that my contributions have helped reduce churn, increase active users, achieve KPI goals, and significantly improve the design process and how designers collaborate and communicate with developers. In my work, I'm also involved in product strategy and work on all aspects of the product: UI, UX, in-depth research, go-to-market, and more.

My approach to design is multi-disciplinary, and I enjoy exploring different mediums to bring my designs to life, from illustrations to animation, video editing, painting, and photography.
When I'm not designing, I love mentoring new designers, sharing my experience, and providing feedback. I'm always looking for new ways to grow and learn because I believe knowledge is the key to success.
