Prior to joining the cloud native security space, she worked in edtech, fintech, and medtech as a Software Engineer. Her journey began as a Tanning Consultant in Houston, Texas, before deciding to move to Boston and teach herself how to code. From there, she immersed herself in the local and global tech ecosystem, attended a coding bootcamp for full stack web development, and has been sharing her journey with the world via content creation, volunteering, and speaking at events.
