Dr.-Ing. Notger Heinz is a physicist-engineer (system dynamics & control) who has spent 15+ years taking ideas from the maths on paper to systems that run in the real world. He designed the first-ever closed-loop flow control on a flying aircraft (patent with Airbus, best-talk award), built and flight-tested a drone-based wind-energy system, and shipped production ML on adversarial, real-time data — live esports prediction and logistics pricing that turned negative into positive unit economics.
He leads development teams hands-on and works a lot on and with agentic coding. He speaks about what control theory teaches us about AI agents and about the cognitive and technical debt AI writes into teams. His line: "I solve problems, not tasks."
Dr.-Ing.
