Hi, I am Oana! - the Freelance SCRUM Trainer & Agile Coach you were looking for.

I would describe myself as a very open and determined person, who achieves the goals she sets her mind to. I am also passionate about helping others discovering their most authentic selves and following their dreams & passions! In my free time I am the singer of my cyber pop rock band ARDENITE.

Already since university I was extremely passionate about Scrum and eager to try it out by myself!
Since the start of my career I have worked in all Scrum roles and experienced multiple Scrum teams, which all worked with elements of Scrum, but never applied the process out of the box, as it is recommended.

In that moment I headed out on a mission! I wanted to become a great Scrum Master and Product Owner, setup the Scrum teams for success as optimal as possible, by ensuring a great flow, collaboration and results. After setting up and stabilizing multiple Scrum teams from scratch, I decided to head out on my own adventures as a Freelance Scrum Master and Agile Coach!

I helped my first customer start off their agile evolution by implementing SCRUM in 3 teams at 3 different customers. I did this by holding various SCRUM Trainings and supporting the teams along the way as Scrum Master and Agile Coach. All customers responded so well to the changes and after a couple of months the teams were stable and independent.

This was the moment I decided to focus more on my SCRUM Training portfolio and provide Hands-on Trainings and Workshops together with my business partner Benjamin Thorstensen!
By this I want to support even more customers and teams ensure their optimal start with an agile way of working and collaborating!
