As founder of You’re Carrying Something Great, she helps entrepreneurs and organizations stabilize, scale, and sustain through strategic planning, leadership development, and operational efficiency.
She is the creator of the Be GREAT and Boss Up programs, rooted in her original G.R.E.A.T. framework and Unstuck Ideology. Tav equips leaders to overcome fear, grow with purpose, and build systems that last.
A passionate advocate for equity, Tav serves on the St. Paul Chamber DEI Comm and as Chair of the Inclusion and Diversity Comm in Crystal, MN. She coined the concept of Leadership Fragility, addressing identity, fear, and mindset in leadership.
