Ready, Set Go Foundation has helped over 700 veterans and entrepreneurs establish and execute ownership of businesses and has given over 1 million dollars in financial service scholarships to assist with requirements for business start-ups. Mr. Harris has successfully started 4 Chapters of RSG and plans to have 70 more by the end of 2020. His book, Unlocking Your Purpose takes its readers on a journey through the life of Mr. Harris and provides tips and tools on how he built a successful accounting business- Wize Tax and Accounting, in 2003, with zero working capital. Within its first year, Wize Tax and Accounting proliferated by OD acquiring national and global clientele- successfully breaking even the first year. This led to a successful second year, allowing OD to open multiple offices gross revenues in the millions. In 2012, OD decided to sell his operation (34 locations & 7 States) to his office managers and a private equity firm. He later changed his business model to create a Home-base eco-system that uses innovation to assist individuals looking to start their accounting practice, and used it to expand his platform to revolutionize the world of business and entrepreneurship.


OD serves as a Member of Black Philanthropic Initiative with the Arizona Community Foundation, served as a mentor with President Barack Obama Foundation Phoenix, AZ Chapter, served as the NAACP Chairman of Economic and Entrepreneur Development of Maricopa County, Leader and Board Member in the National 100 Black Men of America, an Member of National Urban League, the National Action Network, former Vice President of the National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA) of Phoenix, the Financial Director of the NBMBAA of Chicago. OD is the current Economic and Entrepreneur Director of the Los Angeles NBMBAA and serves as a National Volunteer coordinator of the National Convention of NBMBAA.
