Former .Net developer turned experience designer, educator, and technical problem solver.

Having been in the IT industry for almost 25 years, Ola has seen different technologies come and go, each with its own quirks and challenges. However, one constant over the years has been that the most challenging aspect is usually dealing with people, whether they are decision-makers or users. This is why, in recent years, UX and requirements have increasingly become Ola’s focus. These days, he rarely touches code but still tries to keep up with the broad trends in the coding world.

After being away from the IT speaker circuit for a while, Ola is this year back and started by holding his presentation called "What is UX really!?!! at the developer conference Swetugg Stockholm, in February 2025.
The presentation was well received and got a 95-96% positive review score and Ola is now looking forward to continuing spreading the design and UX message word in the IT world!

Ola is a social person who loves sharing knowledge and experiences. He can chat for hours about anything from scuba diving in underwater caves to medieval re-enactment, developer-designer workflow, or how to use the latest AR/VR technology to build engaging museum experiences.
