Olaoluwa ‘Laolu’ Dada is the COO of Niyo Group, a multi-award winning Start Up. The group of brands are driven by passion to see black women economically empowered Black and positioned as contributors in Tech and high-impact industries.
Laolu is one of the trailblazers of the UK's first Tech Bootcamp brand fostered towards Black Women, also renowned for spin-off bootcamps for Black female software developers called 'Black Codher', a brand that gained viral visibility in 2020/21 on.
Laolu's experience leading and mentoring across student networks and Black in Tech communities has enabled her to develop Wit and leadership in carrying out Tech programmes, building teams in Web 3.0 and Marketing.
