Olga is originally from Ukraine but moved to Germany already 17 years ago. After studying “Accounting, Auditing and Taxation” at Bochum University, she joined EY in the service line International Tax and Transaction in 2011. With almost ten years of experience in different areas of cross border tax structuring’s, corporate and international taxation matters, she has discovered the Web3’s world at the beginning of 2021. Olga is a 100% Blockchainer and is believing, that this technology is already changing the tech world and the economy, especially in DeFi Sector / voting / supply chain sector.

Olga is also a part of an EY crypto/NFT community in EMEA Region with over 25 people dealing with all aspects of the digital asset’s taxation. Furthermore, Olga is one of the main contacts for all questions around NFT’s and a POAP’s creation at the EY global level.

Since 2022, Olga has been part of the working group on NFT and DAO issues, especially about regulatory issues, as there have been many developments in this area in the last two years, such as CARF, MiCA, and DAC8. Since October 2022 Olga moved to Dubai with EY and one of the major tasks are to support by building up a Web3 Strategy and to be the CoE for NFT and DAO topics.
