This observation inspired him to establish a firm that would take a more comprehensive approach to financial planning, combining wealth management, tax planning, estate planning, and other services in one place.

In 2002, Orion founded Prime Wealth Advisors to provide clients with a holistic approach to financial planning. His firm offers a full range of services, including retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, and wealth management.
