David is a dynamic and innovative IT Specialist and Business Analysis Expert with over 12 years of cognate experience in the field of information technology. He has helped different organizations, both public and private, transform their digital space and has worked in different capacities in IT.

David is currently the Head of IT at Microbiz Inclusion Center where he is providing technology vision and leadership in the development, management, and implementation of an over-arching ICT strategy for Microbiz.

He was the ICT Project Manager for Anambra State Govt. House Nigeria where he spearheaded the IT team that built the state’s vigilante database management system for proper payroll and identification monitoring.

Ozalla also functioned as the Director of Software - Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State, Nigeria. He oversaw the school’s data management system which included the Polytechnic’s Student Tracking System, Electronic Identity System, and the Project Management Portal. He was part of the initiatives introduced for digital and e-learning classes for students at the polytechnic.

Co-organizer and partner - Google Developers Group (GDG), a group of technology experts into software development using Google products and platforms sponsored by Google. He was part of the team that identified the usability of Google products and trained new developers on using Google products to build solutions.

At Cobalt International Services Limited, Abuja, David functioned as an IT/Data Specialist who engaged in data analysis of Nigeria's non-oil export commodities in order to provide an accurate report to the Central Bank of Nigeria, National Bureau of Statistics, Export Promotion Council of Nigeria and the Nigerian Customs Authority.

He spearheaded the configuration and installation of Server and management information systems for different microfinance institutions including MICROCIMA Africa and PEAK EMPOWERMENT MFI in Abuja.

David has several publications exposing the various steps young African men can take to establish and prosper their startup businesses.

He is dynamic Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics Expert with a first degree in Computer Science from the Federal Polytechnic Oko, Anambra State.
