safety ecosystem. He holds a Masters in Technology in Cyber Security from the prestigious
National Forensic Sciences University, Gandhinagar.

Currently associated with Maharashtra Cyber, Param plays a pivotal role in enhancing the
state’s cyber infrastructure while actively promoting cyber safety and digital awareness across
diverse communities. His professional expertise spans digital forensics and cyber awareness,
with key areas of interest including Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, and Governance,
Risk & Compliance (GRC).

Awarded by the Honourable Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Devendra Fadnavis ji, for
conceptualizing and creating comic book series on ‘Cyber Awareness’, a pioneering initiative
aimed at educating students on safe and responsible online practices.

A recognized speaker and subject matter expert, Param is known for his interactive and
student-friendly approach. He speaks about Cyber Security and Digital Forensics. Engaging
with various NGO’s and Educational Institution for the knowledge sharing sessions, he has also
authored multiple threat intelligence reports, including critical studies related to Operation
Sindoor and cyber threats impacting the healthcare sector. His work has been widely
appreciated by the heads of various departments.
