I am a Post-Doc at the Justus-Liebig University Giessen (D). I hold a BSc's and MSc's degree in Psychology and earned my PhD for my research on freshmen's experiences in their first year of study. My recent research is situated in the area of psychological assessment and higher education research. I am in particular interested in digital competences (in higher ed. and professional contexts) as well as in student engagement.
