Paschal is a global business strategist, venture catalyst, startup coach, and growth ninja, helping entrepreneurs and organizations dominate their markets and scale beyond limits. He is the CEO of Brandgroom, where he worked with a Google partner to bring over 450 businesses online. He also trained over 3,500 students through the Google Digital Skills Program.

He is the Program Manager, Enspire, Abuja Technology Village, and also works with the Abuja Angel Network and the World Business Angels Investment Forum (WBAF) Nigeria Office. He is a former International Partner of the World Business Angel Investment Forum (WBAF) and the Regional Partner for Africa, Golden Ventures Investment. He has over 7 years of experience working with startups and has worked across multiple sectors including marketing, investments, business development, technology, and non-profit. He is the convener of TEDxMaitama and a consultant at Invicta Ventures.

His business and projects have won numerous awards including the Youwin Award 2017, JCI Fifteen Outstanding Personalities Award (FOPA) 2017, Next Startups of Africa 2018, a 2023 Strada Scholar, and an MBA Candidate.

He is a mentor on the world’s leading incubators, accelerators, and other startup programs including- Village Capital, Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Program, Techstars, Startup Bootcamp, VC4Africa, and Hult Prize.
