Fatherhood and Family Systems: Strengthening Whole Family Well-Being

Strong families are built when every member especially fathers, has a meaningful role in a supportive system. This workshop explores how policies, programs, and professionals can work together to strengthen the full family unit. Participants will learn how to integrate father engagement strategies into family support and public health programs while promoting equitable access, collaboration, and sustainability.

We will examine how public health, early childhood education, and community-based services can align efforts to meet the evolving needs of families recognizing fathers as vital partners in children’s growth, emotional security, and community well-being.
