Patrick O'Connell is an experienced Software Engineering Manager currently working at John Deere ISG. A 2007 graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Patrick began his career as a software developer at Principal Financial Group. In 2008, he took a job as a .NET developer at Dupont Pioneer where he spent the next 10 years of his career working as a senior developer, solutions architect, and manager. Patrick joined John Deere in 2019 as a tech lead, moving into an Engineering Manager role shortly after.
