Patrick Thomschitz is working for CYBERTEC as Senior Database Consultant and COO since July 2019 and has more than 10 years of experience in this area. In addition to support and consulting activities from high-availability solutions to migrations to PostgreSQL, he also holds various training courses and is constantly developing PostgreSQL together with our experts.

Fun fact about me, my first interaction with a so called database (MS access) shocked me for years and I told myself that nobody needs a database and its useless. After a second try (and maybe better Teacher/Mentors) i started to love database, couple years later working with oracle i started exploring PostgreSQL and I called immediately in love with it.
