Paul Anumudu is a Senior Agile Coach and Product-Delivery expert whose work experience has been focused on complex Digital Transformation. He has worked for some of the largest departments in the British Government, One of the UK’s largest retail/e-Commerce businesses and currently works for a digital organisation. His main strengths are improving value-flow through a combination of Professional-Scrum-with-Kanban, DevOps and ScaledAgile on an Enterprise level.

As a result of his background (PhD) in Transculturation and International Diplomacy, he believes that people - Teams, Stakeholders, Users, Customers- are at the heart of a successful product, he is passionate about the creative spark that occurs when people come together with the right agile mindset to create, innovate and succeed.
