Paul Bellows is a 30-yr practitioner of digital transformation for public service organizations. Paul is the host of The 311 Podcast, a member of Canada's Digital Governance Council and a senior advisor to one of Canada's largest public service focussed digital teams. Paul was CEO of Yellow Pencil, a Canadian leader in public service digital transformation until his merger with Northern in 2024 where he advises the CEO on public service strategy. Paul sits on the advisory board on open source for Canada's CTO, is a former member of the Council of Canadian Innovators, and the former VP of Digital Alberta. Paul has been part of the Drupal community since 2011.
