Paul Figueroa is an award winning speaker, trainer, and author. with over two decades of experience. Prior to that, he served as a police officer and detective for over 12 years.

He left law enforcement to reach people before he was seeing them at work, and he’s been helping people live happier lives ever since.

He currently travels all over the U.S. providing workshops and keynotes at conferences that support children and families. He’s provided parent, staff and management trainings for Head Start, Early Head Start organizations and associations nationwide.

In recognition of his work with children and families, Paul received "The Governor's Child Abuse Prevention Award." He’s appeared on both Radio Disney and the Today Show, and his books: “Listen, Your Life is Calling – The Journey Home” and “The Journey to Purpose” are now available on Amazon.com.
