Paul wrote the first book on The Science of Organizational Change - and since then it has been his mission to bring science, particularly behavioral science, to the change world.
He has degrees in neurochemistry, philosophy, and organizational behavior, and has done graduate level work in neuroscience, economics, and sociology.
In 2001, he founded Europe's first "integral" consulting firm, specializing in "teal" organizations. After selling that firm, and before joining IBM, he was a professor of Business Ethics and Leadership.
