A 1988 graduate with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Paul now works for Arcadis as a professional engineer. Arcadis is an international engineering, architectural, environmental, and planning company. Since 2003 Paul has applied pipe condition assessment and trenchless pipe rehabilitation technologies to the construction or rehabilitation of sewer and pressure pipe projects worldwide. Paul is the recipient of the 2019 American Public Works Association Professional Manager of the Year Award in the Engineering and Technology Category.
