Paulina is an experienced ML & AI Software Engineer currently building scalable solutions at Youverify Inc, a leading financial and business regulatory technology company, where she has contributed to 7+ services across 3+ products so far.

In her role, she predominantly uses Python and big data technologies to develop and ship revenue-able software solutions for her organisation.

Her experience on the job has armed her with quality transferable skills that can be deployed in solving varying problems using data and AI across industries and business domains.

Paulina is a Women Techsters Fellow, trained and certified in Data Science and AI with Magna Cum Laude honours. She is also an Ingressive for Good and Primo Academy Alumnus, trained in Data Analytics.

When she is not working, Paulina is invested in mentoring tech enthusiasts through one-on-one clarity sessions and long-term guidance, helping them kickstart their tech careers and lower their learning curve, with over 15 enthusiasts being beneficiaries already.

In the same breath, she is a volunteer Data Scientist and founding member at Phynsight, a non-profit tech Initiative devoted to providing free-of-charge, expert and period-based Data, Machine Learning and AI services to budding startups, SMEs and MSMEs as well as equipping data enthusiasts through training that is quality enough to help them land their first tech job, gain relevant work experience and return to contribute to what Phynsight does for small businesses.
