Pavel has over 25 years of experience working on developer tooling and developer productivity. As the lead architect for Developer Productivity at Indeed, Pavel is responsible for projects across Indeed's Engineering Platform organization. His previous roles include the chief architect for the NetBeans IDE, senior SWE in build and deployment infrastructure at Amazon and Engineering Productivity manager at Google.
