Pav Lertjitbanjong is a Decision Scientist and the founder of PAVNESS — Unbreakable Leadership Lab, a high-stakes performance training platform for the AI era.

She spent over 20 years inside Fortune 500 and global organizations, most recently as Head of Strategic Analytics at Adobe, advising senior leaders on the data, go-to-market & marketing strategies behind their highest-stakes decisions. The PAVNESS THINK Protocol is what emerged when she paired two decades of operator pattern recognition with Decision Science and stress-research-backed training in performance under pressure.

She holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a BBA in Decision Science from the University of Kentucky, and is Stanford-trained in AI Leadership and Public Speaking. She's been featured in media e.g. New York Post, Yahoo Finance, MSN, and various thought leadership podcasts.
