She is the founder of PAVNESS Lab, a decision science company. Over more than 20 years inside Fortune 500 and global organizations, most recently as Head of Strategic Analytics at Adobe, Pav advised senior leaders on the data, go-to-market, and marketing strategies behind some of their highest-stakes decisions.
Her PAVNESS THINK Protocol combines two decades of operator pattern recognition with Decision Science and research-informed training for thinking and performing under pressure.
Pav holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA in Decision Science from the University of Kentucky, with additional Stanford training in AI Leadership and Public Speaking. Her upcoming speaking engagements include TED x KhonKaenU in Thailand, where she will present “AI Didn’t Make You a Bad Decision Maker (You Already Were),” and the AI Rising Conference in Ohio, where she will present “Think Clearly With AI.”
She is based in Minnesota and frequently works from Bangkok, New York City, and the San Francisco Bay Area.
