My own journey to self-discovery was a rocky one. Like so many, I felt pressure to conform to society's expectations and struggled to balance fitting in with being true to myself. As a young mother, I climbed the corporate ladder while also providing solutions to everyday problems, but I never forgot the importance of self-love and the struggles that come with breaking molds without sacrificing confidence.

Over time, my reputation for helping others feel seen, heard and validated grew, and I found myself reigniting my passion for mentoring. Now, after 11 years of finding myself and discovering the power of guidance, I'm excited to help women develop healthy mindsets, find their voices, and create fulfilling and happy lives. Whether it's through workshops, courses, or speaking engagements, I'm passionate about inspiring women to just be and look within to discover their own path.
