Përparim Mjeku is Head of Curriculum and Learning Programs at Cyber Academy in Kosovo, where he leads the design and delivery of cybersecurity training programs spanning offensive security, defensive operations, and threat intelligence. His work focuses on building high fidelity lab environments that translate real world attack techniques, from web and enterprise exploitation to mobile and cloud threats into structured, reproducible learning experiences.

Over the past four years, Përparim has developed 15+ cybersecurity courses and trained 50+ students through intensive long term programs, alongside hundreds of participants across bootcamps and workshops delivered to governmental organizations and U.S. and EU based companies.

In addition to teaching, he develops hands on labs and demonstrations built around newly disclosed vulnerabilities, modern attack chains, and software supply chain risks helping practitioners understand not just how real world compromises happen, but how to detect and stop them.
