I am a Director on the Managed Application Services team at RSM working on Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Dynamics 365 for Retail, and others. I focus on Retail, Commerce and Point of Sale support and customizations, including payment integrations.
In my current role, I lead and manage a team that writes software to help clients streamline their business processes and achieve greater growth in the retail market. I provide technical and functional support to help diagnose and solve customer problems, while also providing ways to improve the client’s business further. I am a Colorado native, where I live with my wife and 3 kids.
