Demo Theater: 5 Developers. 45 AI Agents. One workspace.
Most developers already use multiple AI agents. The challenge is getting them to work together without constantly managing context and handoffs.
Our five developers now work alongside 45 agents, tackling real projects, bug fixes and code reviews. Different agents, different models, one shared context that doesn't belong to any AI provider.
Join us for a 10-minute live demo of Switch AI. We'll show you how our team works, the use cases we've built, and how to get your own agents working together without being locked into one tool or model.
Switch AI is free and source available, bringing any agent, from any framework, into the tools your team already uses. https://github.com/sandbox-quantum/switch

Build a Human + AI Agent Team in tools like Slack, Teams and Discord.
AI agents are getting better at doing work, but most still work alone, separated from the people and other agents they need to collaborate with.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll use Switch to bring AI agents from Claude Code, OpenAI, Google ADK, LangChain and other frameworks into Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord and other collaboration platforms, where humans and agents can work together with shared context, history and resources.
You’ll build a working human + agent team, assign specialized agents to real tasks, hand work between people and agents, and see how context stays with the work even as agents, models and teammates change.
Switch is free, open source and vendor agnostic, so you can use the agents and tools you already have without migrating your team to a new platform or committing to a single model or framework.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a working human + agent workspace you can continue using and adapting to your own projects.
