I was born in a small town in California called King City. I moved around a lot and eventually ended up in another small town in Washington called Yelm.
I've been a front-end developer since 2013 but did web development for fun since 2005. In the early days, I worked on plain HTML forms with jQuery and other frameworks of the day, eventually landing on Angular.
Angular was the first component library I was introduced to and became hooked, eventually moving on to React and Vue.
I worked remotely as a contractor for small startups, mostly around the Bay Area, and then eventually started working for Phoneburner.
At Phoneburner, I work with a group of talented developers who focus on modernizing and maintaining our legacy application.
