Philipp advises companies on IT and media law with a strong international focus and an emphasis on issues of interactive entertainment, media regulation and the protection of minors.

One of Philipp’s main areas of practice is advising leading online platforms, content providers and game publishers on issues of content responsibility, national and European media law and IT contract law. He has assisted several clients with the implementation of the EU's Audiovisual Media Services Directive (AVMSD) and the Interstate Media Treaty (MStV) and regularly advises on proceedings before USK and the Federal Authority for the Protection of Children and Young People in the Media (BzKJ).

His interests lie particularly in the tech and media sector. Philipp completed a journalism training during his studies and worked for newspapers, radio and online media. He also gained experience working as a web developer on several online media projects.
