Philip has been in technology and leadership for over 20 years. He helped found the Omaha.NET user group in 2001 and was a Director of the Heartland Developers conference for five years from 2005 to 2010. He was a two-time speaker at Microsoft TechEd on Windows Workflow Foundation. In 2002 he was one of the first 100 people certified on .NET by Microsoft. Currently, he leads two application development teams at Orion in Omaha and studies leadership theories and techniques.
