Paloma Kuhn is a Senior User Experience Designer at SAP, where she contributes to the design vision and user strategy behind SAP Business Data Cloud—one of the company’s most ambitious and transformative products in enterprise data and analytics.

With over a decade of experience at the intersection of UX, marketing, and digital strategy, Paloma brings a unique ability to translate complex systems into intuitive, human-centered experiences. Her career began with academic research in Human-Computer Interaction, where she explored how users engage with Virtual Personal Assistants. This early curiosity evolved into a deep passion for designing purposeful technology, later formalized through postgraduate studies in User Experience Design with an emphasis on Applied Design Thinking and service innovation.

Prior to returning to UX, Paloma led marketing, events, and social media strategy at SAP Labs Latin America. There, she executed large-scale programs that elevated engagement and brand presence across internal and external audiences—experience that continues to influence her holistic approach to product design.

Today, she collaborates with cross-functional teams to build design systems, streamline interaction patterns, and deliver data-driven tools for business users navigating complex digital ecosystems. Her work is guided by a belief that exceptional design can empower users, simplify decision-making, and drive impact at scale.
