Podcast Movement returns to New York City September 17–18, 2026 — two days built for creators who treat their work seriously and want to make it matter more.
This is not an introduction to podcasting. It's where independent producers, network creators, video-first and audio-first podcasters, and working professionals come to sharpen the writing, tighten the production, and grow the business behind the shows they've already built.
Expect multi-track programming all day long — dozens of sessions across concurrent tracks covering craft, growth, monetization, production, distribution, community, video, and the business of running a show. Expect the most diverse speaker lineup in podcasting, deliberately assembled to put the strongest ideas on stage. And expect live podcast recordings each evening — a chance to see how the shows you respect actually get made.
The stage belongs to the community. Submissions are open to everyone — you just need something worth saying and a clear sense of who needs to hear it.
Podcast Movement is built around an open call for speakers, with a selection process designed to be fair, transparent, and genuinely welcoming to first-time conference speakers. Anyone can submit — you don't need a big show, a big following, or a big résumé. You just need something worth saying and a clear sense of who will benefit from hearing it.
All accepted sessions are 30 minutes. We're looking for talks, panels, fireside chats, workshops, and case studies that help working creators do their best work — across craft, growth, monetization, production, distribution, community, video, and the business of podcasting.
Accepted speakers receive a full conference pass to Podcast Movement on September 17–18, 2026 in New York City. If you have already registered for the event, you'll receive a refund for your pass upon selection.
Please review our [Code of Conduct] before submitting.
