Hi, I’m Pooja Vazirani. I work as a Sr. UX Designer at OneTrust and am pursuing my MBA in Data-Driven Decision Making in Miami, FL. My focus has been to design human-centred, privacy-focused experiences that make complex systems feel seamless, secure, and intuitive.

Previously, I was at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where I led UX for enterprise procurement tools used by thousands of B2B customers. I have also built safety-critical interfaces at Motorola Solutions and crafted inclusive, high-impact designs for the University of Michigan Alumni Association, boosting engagement and cutting support requests by over half.

With a background in Human-Computer Interaction and Computer Science, I am passionate about using design to connect the dots between user needs, business goals, and engineering realities. Whether it’s privacy, accessibility, or feedback systems, I love solving messy problems at the intersection of data, ethics, and usability.

Outside of work, I’m a coffee lover, travel enthusiast, and mentor to early-career designers. I’m excited to be part of Agent Con and connect responsibly and creatively with people who believe in designing for the future.
