Popi is an enterprise agile coach with over 20 years of experience in the financial and technology industries. Popi coaches at the organizational, portfolio, leadership, team and individual levels. She has worked for companies such as Fidelity Investments, Lincoln Financial Group, Capital One, HSBC and Deloitte Consulting, were she has played key roles on large-scale transformation efforts. Popi is recognized for her out-of-the-box, lean and innovative thinking. Popi holds a MBA, is a certified Agile Coach, a SAFe Program Consultant and a LEGO Serious Play facilitator. She is also the founder and CEO of STEM Kids NC. Popi is the mom of two young boys and lives in Greensboro, NC.
