Das native Reporting Tool der Power Platform heißt natürlich Power BI. Doch auch das hat seine Schwächen und nicht jeder Kunde bekommt die Lizenzen in seinem Unternehmen.
Daher möchte ich diese Session nutzen um euch zu zeigen, welche Reporting Möglichkeiten es innerhalb von Power Apps gibt.
Dabei schauen wir uns einmal die Out-of-the box charts an. Außerdem zeige ich euch wie mit Hilfe von Gallerien (Katalogen) eigene Charts erzeugen kann. Außerdem werfen wir natürlich noch einen Blick auf SVGs.

Power BI meets SharePoint API en

Habt ihr schon einmal mit Power BI eine SharePoint Liste als Datenquelle benutzt? Es gibt hier durchaus einige Fallstricke, die einem begegnen können.
Ich zeige ich wie ihr die SharePoint API in Power BI nutzen könnt, um eure Daten aus SharePoint zuverlässig und datensparsam abzurufen.

Power Automate your Excel - from Connectors, Office Script bis Graph API en de

The most important business application in the 21st century is still Excel. Even if more processes are replaced by other tools (e.g. the Power Platform), a large part of the business processes still takes place here.
This session is not meant to be an Excel bashing, quite the opposite. I want to show you how you can integrate Excel into your processes and flows.
First of all we will have a look at the standard Excel connector. After that we will have a look at Office Scripts. Office Scripts is a kind of online macro based on Typescript. Last but not least, it is also possible to edit values in Excel using the Graph API. You will learn how to do that in my session. I am looking forward to seeing you.

Die wichtigste Businessandwendung im 21. Jahrhundert ist immer noch Excel. Auch wenn mehr prozesse durch andere Tools (z.B. die Power Platform) ersetzt werden, spielt sich ein Großteil der Geschäftsprozesse nach wie vor hier ab.
Diese Session soll auch kein Excel-Bashing werden, ganz im Gegenteil. Ich möchte euch zeigen, wie ihr Excel in eure Prozesse und Flows einbinden könnten.
Dabei schauen wir uns zunächst einmal den Standard Excel-Konnektor an. Danach schauen wir uns einmal Office Scripts an. Bei Office Scripts handelt es sich um eine Art Online Makro auf Basis von Typescript. Zu guter Letzt ist es auch möglich mit Hilfe der Graph API Werte in Excel zu bearbeiten. Wie das genau geht erfahrt ihr in meiner Session. Ich freue mich auf euch.

Power BI is often perceived as a single tool rather than part of the Power Platform. This is also due to the very inadequate integration possibilities of the various tools for a long time. But this has changed in the meantime. Therefore I would like to show you the different integration possibilities between Power BI and the other components of the Power Platform.

1. Power Automate your Power BI:
Microsoft has been developing a Power BI connector for Power Automate for some time. In May 2022, this was expanded further. Therefore I want to show how you can leverage data from Power BI in your Power Automate flows.

2. Power BI meets Power Apps:
I can also better link Power BI and Power Apps.
On the one hand, we will look at how I can embed a Power App in a Power BI report. On the other hand, we'll also take a look at what options I have for linking Power BI in Power Apps.

This session is for beginners and intermediates. Some requirements regarding JSON and Power Automate Actions should be available.

Microsoft hat schon länger einen Power BI Konnektor für Power Automate entwickelt. Im Mai 2022 wurde dieser nochmal erweitert. Daher möchte ich zeigen wie ihr Daten aus Power BI in euren Power Automate Flows verwenden könnt.

2. Power BI meets Power Apps:
Ich kann auch Power BI und Power Apps mittlerweile besser miteinander verknüpfen.
Wir schauen uns dafür einerseits an, wie ich eine Power App in einem Power BI Report einbetten kann. Andererseits schauen wir uns auch an welche Möglichkeiten ich habe Power BI in Power Apps zu verknüpfen.

Diese Sitzung ist für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene gedacht. Einige Vorkenntnisse zu JSON und Power Automate Actions sollten vorhanden sein.
