Prachi is a Senior Product Manager at Manulife. She started as a Business Analyst at Manulife in 2020 after she finished her graduation from University of Connecticut in Masters of Business Analytics and Project Management. In her last semester, she worked with John Hancock Life Insurance in Boston as an intern. John Hancock is a subsidiary of Manulife in the United States. As an intern she learnt devising chargeback pricing models and strategies for PaaS. Later, she joined full-time to lead chargeback for Cloud Platform Services at Manulife. She got exposed to how technology finance works overall and gradually FinOps became her passion. She was one of the founding members to introduce and evangelize FinOps at Manulife. She is currently leading FinOps Product Management.
