Prasan Singh is a founder-ecosystem and technical-community builder who has spent the last eight years designing the programs, residencies, and environments where talented builders meet, ship, and sometimes become companies.
He has built and led more than 200 programs and events for 16,000+ builders across technology and Web3, including hacker houses, founder residencies, incubation programs, demo days, conferences, and international ecosystem activations.
Most recently, he helped build a founder pipeline across India and APAC that attracted 1,500+ applications, selected technical builders for residential programs, and supported 40+ founders through follow-on incubation. Alumni from these programs went on to raise more than $2.5M and build or exit companies.
His work focuses on how trust, repeated interaction, and high-context communities shape founder formation, talent discovery, and participation. Earlier in his career, he worked in cybersecurity and technical research, which continues to influence how he thinks about technology, infrastructure, and the human systems around them.
