Having 16 years of total experience, Ms. Silky Sharma is a multi-talented, energetic, and a self-motivated person who values professional excellence and endeavors to excel in everything she undertakes. Silky started her career as HR Generalist professional and worked with reputed companies for around 6 years. To pursue her keen interest to train youngsters & equip them with knowledge, life skills and positive approach towards life, she turned into an Academician in the area of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. Silky Sharma is presently associated with Dayananda Sagar University, Bengaluru as Assistant Professor in Management domain and previously has worked with Amity University. She is a recipient of prestigious Academic Research Fellowship by Chiba Institute of technology in Japan wherein she stayed in Japan for a month’s time and collaborated with Japanese academicians.
As a part of her doctoral program, recently Ms. Sharma has submitted her Ph.D. thesis with Amity University on topic related to Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education. Prior to this, she completed her MBA with HR specialization and qualified for CBSE-UGC-NET. She is keenly pursuing her research endeavors in publishing Scopus -Indexed Research Papers and Books in the domain of OB, HR, Talent Management, Higher Education, and Artificial Intelligence. She has several copyrights and patents to her credit. She has been instrumental in organizing and hosting international conferences of repute. She is a member of professional bodies like AIMA and PNGI. Acknowledging her ideas and contributions in management, she has been a recipient of Best Researcher Award, Young HR Manager Award, Best HR Support Award, and has won Best Employee Award several times. During her association with Bharat Scouts & Guides, she has received President Award. Recently, Silky underwent through a transformative journey and won Marvelous Mrs. India- People’s Choice Award in international Beauty Pageant held in 2024.
